Sunset Whitewater Rafting in Richmond, VA
Beat the heat and enjoy colorful skies and skyline views as you take on the rapids of the James River underneath the setting Sun. There’s no better way to end the day than cooling off on the water as you paddle through the heart of Richmond.
We will meet you at the Park14th parking lot in the convenient paid, paved lot we have reserved before shuttling up to our put-in point at Reedy Creek. You will get outfitted with helmets, PFDs, and paddles before receiving a safety briefing from the trip leader. We will tackle the Class III-IV rapids of Hollywood, Fish Ladders, and Pipeline.
Once we get off the water, you will be right back at your car! After you dry off, you will be within walking distance of Downtown Richmond’s best restaurants including Bottoms Up Pizza, Siné Irish Pub, or a slightly longer walk to our old friends at Stone Brewing Company.

Feel free to pull up to the locations starred on the overview below. If you are having difficulties viewing the image, the stars are located in the far back left corner and in front of the last median located in the back right corner of the lot.
