We are offering a variety of paddling experiences appropriate for all ages and skill levels to promote inclusivity in the paddlesports community here in the Greater Richmond area.
Save the Date! On June 20th, 2024 from 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Colonial Heights Recreation and Parks will participate in the statewide initiative, Play All Day VA, along with other parks and recreation agencies across the state! It’s the summer solstice and the longest day of the year, come explore new parks or try out a new activity—all for free! RVA Paddlesports has teamed up with Colonial Heights Recreation & Parks to provide paddling opportunities at Lakeview Park. Registration is appreciated and saves you time when you show up! Walk-ups accepted as space permits. Reserve your spot today.
We provide paddling equipment and safety gear at local parks for families and individuals to take out on the water and enjoy nature. We will be accepting donations on behalf of Boys to Men Mentoring Network of Virginia for the Earth Day & Various Pop-Up events. All proceeds from donations from this event will go towards that awesome organization! Can’t commit to a monetary donation but still want to help? Volunteer your time!
