Adventure School in the Park

Come explore the beautiful James River Park System with us on one or more of these exciting afternoon outings on the James River.

Cost is $60 per person for one outing. If your group signs up for 2 or more you will receive a $10 per person discount.

In order to maintain social distancing measures we will be organizing camps in pods, contact us or select book now for availability.

Enjoy the scenery and wildlife as we explore the Huguenot Flatwater Trail. Learn about paddling techniques, river hydrology, and safety. A variety of boats will provided including canoes, kayaks, and paddleboards.
Join our guides for an afternoon of climbing at the Manchester Climbing Wall along the banks of the James River. No prior experience is needed, guides will coach you through the moves and techniques needed to accomplish your goals!
Paddle as a team as we navigate through a section of rapids along the Falls of the James. This is a unique way to experience the history of the James River in Richmond and build on your group’s teamwork skills!
