What: Learn the basics of whitewater kayaking equipment, the forward stroke, sweep stroke, reverse sweep, and ruddering techniques. Experience Richmond’s rich history while relaxing on the James River.

What to Bring: We provide all paddling equipment and wetsuits. Participants should bring swimwear, sunscreen, and water shoes/footwear.
